4 Weeks Free Childcare Promotion

This offer is subject to availability and eligibility criteria. Full 4 Weeks Free Childcare Promotion Terms and Conditions apply and should be reviewed before enrolment.
1. Promotion timeframe
The 4 Weeks Free promotion is available for eligible enrolments confirmed between 1 January and 30 March 2026, unless withdrawn earlier in accordance with these terms.
2. Offer overview
This promotion provides families with four weeks of complimentary childcare.
Complimentary care is applied for a four-week period, subject to the child’s confirmed enrolment days.
3. Eligibility requirements
To qualify for the promotion:
•A permanent enrolment of two or more days per week must be secured within the promotional timeframe
•Enrolment must remain active for a minimum period of eight consecutive weeks
4. Application of the promotional credit
The promotional credit is processed by the Centre once the minimum enrolment period has been satisfied and will appear on the family’s account during the eighth week of care.
5. Account standing
At the time the promotional credit is applied, the family account must be active and free of any outstanding fees.
6. Limitations and exclusions
This promotion:
•Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or special offer
•May be applied in place of the “Refer a Friend” promotion for new families only, where applicable
•Is not available to families receiving Additional Childcare Subsidy
•Applies exclusively to new family enrolments
•Does not apply to families who were enrolled at the Centre within the three months prior to commencement
7. Transferability
The promotional offer:
•Is non-transferable
•Cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or alternative services
8. Early withdrawal or cancellation
Where the required enrolment period is not completed, the promotional benefit will no longer apply and standard childcare fees will be payable.
9. Availability and amendments
The promotion is offered subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at the discretion of the Centre. Any promotional benefit already applied to an account prior to withdrawal will continue to be honoured. Changes will not affect enrolments that have already been processed.
10. Subsidy considerations
The application of this promotion may impact Kindergarten Subsidy entitlements during the promotional period.
11. Accessing the promotion
To ensure the offer is applied correctly, families should advise the Centre of their intention to participate in the 4 Weeks Free promotion at the time of enrolment.
Refer a Friend Promotion
To be eligible for this offer, read the following Terms and Conditions:
Eligibility
•Referred families must be new to Daisy’s ELC and commence enrolment between 1 January and 30 June 2026
•Both the referring and referred families must hold active enrolments
•The referring family’s account must be fully paid and up to date at the time the credit is applied
Promotion details
•A $500 fee credit will be applied to both the referring and referred family accounts
•From the seventh week of the referred child’s enrolment, a $100 discount per booked day will be applied until the total credit reaches $500
•The credit is applied prior to Childcare Subsidy calculations
Administration requirements
The Centre Director must complete the 2026 Promotions Registration Form, including:
•The full name of one parent or guardian from the referring family
•The full name of at least one parent or guardian from the referred family
•The commencement date of the referred child or children
This information must be provided before the referred child begins care and may be completed at enrolment.
Additional conditions
•This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer
•Families receiving Additional Childcare Subsidy are not eligible
•The promotion applies to new bookings only
•Credits are not redeemable for cash
•All offers are subject to availability
