Our Rooms
Learning With Daisy's
At Daisy’s Early Learning and Care, our rooms are thoughtfully designed to support every stage of early development. Each room supports a different stage of early development, offering the right mix of structure, freedom and inspiration.
From our nurturing infant spaces to our engaging toddler and preschool rooms, every environment is built with your child’s learning and wellbeing in mind. We use age as a guide, but decisions are always made in collaboration with families. Together, we’ll determine the most supportive setting for your child to grow.
Our rooms are calm and inviting, filled with natural materials, soft lighting and open-ended resources. These spaces help children settle quickly, feel safe and build strong relationships with their educators and peers. Each room flows into thoughtfully planned outdoor areas, giving children the freedom to move and learn across multiple environments.
Our rooms encourage choice and independence, whether children are selecting an activity, helping pack away or choosing a quiet spot to rest.
While our rooms are structured around developmental stages, we also adapt to suit each child’s unique rhythm. Some children might need a little more time to transition between stages and that’s completely fine. We work closely with families to ensure every child is placed in an environment where they feel comfortable, confident and engaged.
Babies
Our Baby’s room is a gentle, nurturing space for children aged 8 weeks to 2 years. These early years are all about connection, comfort and discovering the world in small, meaningful ways. We take time to build close bonds with every child, creating a calm environment where they feel safe and supported.
Daily routines are tailored to meet the needs of each child. We follow home rhythms for feeding, sleeping and play, easing the transition between home and care. The room is filled with natural materials, soft lighting and resources that encourage movement, touch and curiosity.
Educators respond to each child’s cues with warmth, attention and care. Whether it’s a shared song, a cuddle or time to explore freely, every interaction helps build trust, language and early learning.
This is a space where babies feel settled and secure. With familiar faces and a calm setting, we support their growth in every small moment.

Early Learning
Our Early Learning room supports children aged 2 to 3 years during a stage filled with curiosity, movement and big developmental leaps. Toddlers at this age are building a strong sense of self, learning how to express their emotions and forming their first friendships.
The environment is rich with opportunity for play, exploration and discovery. Children are invited to engage in storytelling, music, sensory play and movement that supports early language, confidence and creativity. Educators guide them gently, helping them practise sharing, turn-taking and understanding how others feel.
Children are supported to make choices and take an active role in their learning. Whether selecting an activity or helping care for their space, they’re encouraged to build independence in ways that feel natural and achievable.
Each day flows with a rhythm that balances freedom and support. It’s a place where toddlers feel known, valued and ready to grow in their own time.

Kindergarten
Our Kindergarten room supports children aged 3 to 5 years to build confidence, curiosity and readiness for school. This is a time when children begin asking bigger questions, exploring friendships and developing a stronger sense of self.
Learning is led by their interests and guided by educators who extend thinking through open-ended conversations, group projects and creative challenges. Early numeracy, literacy, science and storytelling are all explored through play and purposeful experiences that feel joyful and engaging.
We encourage independence and responsibility throughout the day. Children are supported to manage belongings, contribute to shared routines and look after their learning environment, helping prepare them for the transition to school.
